Copying Address Blocks

You can copy a single address block or multiple address blocks from one IP space to another. This action allows you to copy the objects with all their settings and all the child objects without having to configure them one by one. An address block can only be copied into an existing IP space. Before copying an address block, make sure the target IP space is available. The source IP space and the target IP space must be different.

Note

While copying an address space or address block,  ensure that the leases in the subnet or range are either cleared or expired before performing the copy operation.

To copy a single address block, complete the following:

  • From the Infoblox Portal, click Configure > Networking > IPAM/DHCP > Address Spaces.

  • Click on the IP Space to view the list of address blocks that are associated with it.
