Configuring a Reserved Block
A Reserved Block is a CIDR notation prefix representing an address range for which authority is expressly forbidden. Cooperating IPAM services must not allocate overlapping prefixes from this block. Reserved Blocks are leaf nodes; they cannot have children. If Reserved Blocks are contained in a Federated Block, they become its children. Reserved Blocks cannot overlap with any other blocks.
