Creating a Cloud VPN Destination

Do the following:

  1. Click Create Cloud VPN Destinations, and select Zscaler. In the current release, only Zscaler destinations are available.

  2. In the Create a Cloud VPN Destination wizard, specify the following:

    • Name: Create a name that does not exceed 64 characters in length. Use numbers, any special characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, and even spaces. Start and end a name with any character but not a space. Leading and trailing spaces will be trimmed off automatically.

    • Description: Enter a description that does not exceed 256 characters in length.

    • IP Address: Enter a valid IP address.

    • Encryption: This toggle switch is set to Enabled by default and cannot be modified.

    • Pre-shared key: Enter the pre-shared key (PSK) for the connection. A PSK is the secret shared between two edges. If you have chosen Zscaler as the vendor, then, while configuring the IPSec VPN in the Zscaler Cloud Portal, you will need to enter the same PSK in the New Pre-Shared Key field of the Add VPN Credentials dialog. For more information, see Configuring IPSec VPN for Zscaler.

    • CLOUD VPN ROUTERS:

      • Click for each available VPN router you would like to add to your cloud VPN destination. The router will move from the AVAILABLE side of the table to the SELECTED side.

      • Click to add all available VPN routers to your cloud VPN destination.

      • Click for each router you would like to remove from your cloud VPN destination.

  3. Click Cancel to exit without saving, or click Save & Close.
