Dossier Threat Research Feedback

If you find that an indicator is different from the one reported by Dossier, you can submit feedback on that indicator by using the Dossier feedback form. The link to the form is displayed in the top-right corner of the Dossier Threat Research Portal Summary Reports page and on any other Dossier report page.  

Use the form to report on the following types of incorrect data:

• False positive information 
• False negative information
• Incorrect web category information
• Incorrect lookalike information
• Incorrect application information

Using the Dossier Feedback Form 

To submit the Dossier feedback form after running a Dossier report, do the following:

1. In the top-right corner of the Dossier™ Threat Research Summary Report page or on any of the other Dossier report pages, click the Feedback on Results link.

2. Provide feedback on one of the following types of Dossier indicators:  

• False Positive: This indicator is not a threat.
  Why: Explain why the reported indicator is not a threat.

• False Negative: This indicator is a threat that Dossier did not detect. 
  Why: Explain why the reported indicator is a threat.

• Infoblox Web Category: This indicator is incorrect.
  Category: Select a category from the available drop-down menu.
  Subcategory: Select a subcategory from the available. drop-down menu. 

• Lookalike: This lookalike indicator is not a threat. 
  Why: Explain why the reported lookalike domain is not a threat. 

• Application Detection: This rating is incorrect.
  Why: Explain why the application detection rating is incorrect.

3. Click Submit to send the form for review. The information submitted on the feedback form goes to the Infoblox threat intel team; however, no support ticket will be opened. If additional tracking is required, then a support ticket must be opened with Infoblox Technical Support.
