Infoblox NIOS Modules for Ansible Collections include an inventory plug-in and lookup plug-ins that enable Ansible to access data from NIOS:

Next available network address	`nios_next_network`	Returns the next available network addresses for a specified network CIDR.
Next available VLAN ID	`nios_next_vlan_id`	Returns the next available VLAN ID for a specified VLAN view or range.
