Using Contextual Help

The Cloud Services Portal provides contextual help that offers context-sensitive information about the page you are currently on. You can activate contextual help by clicking Help in the left navigation panel. You can also access the Infoblox Support Portal, the Community Portal, or the Documentation Portal. 

To access contextual help, complete the following:

  1. Log in to the Cloud Services Portal.
  2. Click Help at the bottom of the left navigation panel. The Cloud Services Portal displays the help panel that contains relevant information about the page you are currently on. 

Note

You can navigate to other topics within the help content if links to those topics are available. However, you cannot access any external links within the help content.

After navigating to other help topics, you can click Restore On-Page Help at the top of the help panel to restore the contextual help content relevant to the page you are currently on.

You can also perform the following in the help panel:

  • Click the the thumbtack icon icon to pin the help panel while you navigate to other pages on the Cloud Services Portal.
  • Click the the open icon  icon to access the same content on the Infoblox Documentation Portal in a separate browser window.
  • Click the the close icon  icon or Close to close the help panel.
