Resetting Password for Domain Users

You can reset the password for a domain user. When you reset a user's password, a reset password email is sent to the respective user. This email includes an embedded link that allows the user to reset their password.

To reset a domain user password, complete the following:

  1. Log in to the Infoblox SSO Portal at https://sso.infoblox.com/.
  2. Click User Access -> Domain Users tab.
  3. In the Domain Users tab, select the user whose password you want to reset.
  4. Click Reset Password to send the selected user a reset password email. You can also expand the Users menu and click Reset Password from the drop-down menu.
