Resetting Password for Portal Admins

You can reset the password for a portal admin. When you reset a portal admin's password, a reset password email is sent to the respective portal admin. This email includes an embedded link that allows the portal admin to reset the password.

To reset a portal admin password, complete the following:

  1. Log in to the Infoblox SSO Portal at https://sso.infoblox.com/.
  2. Click User Access -> Portal Admins tab.
  3. On the Portal Admins page, select the admin whose password you want to reset.
  4. Click Reset Password to send the selected admin a reset password email.
