Viewing Service Metrics

The GENERAL INFORMATION > METRICS page displays the following information about a service:

Service Status

This section displays the service status for the time frame you have chosen.

  • View Last: From the drop-down menu, choose the time interval for which you want to view the graph of service status. Your choices are 1 hour, 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, and 30 days.

  • <Service> Status: The graph shows one of the following statuses and the percentage of time the status persisted within the selected time frame:

    • Error: The service or connection failed.

    • Online: The service is running properly, and connection is good. No corrective action is required.

    • Degraded: The service has degraded to some extent but is available.

    • Stopped: The service has been stopped, and no connection has been established.

    • Unknown: No configuration has been set for this service. Therefore, no verification will be performed until you set up the necessary configuration.
