You can install Infoblox Mobile Endpoint on roaming client devices to protect them against malicious attacks. Depending on the number and type of devices in your network and your security management setup, you can deploy Mobile Endpoint using one of the following methods:

Dual-Stack DNS Configuration Support

BloxOne Mobile Endpoint supports dual-stack IPv4 and IPv6 DNS configurations, ensuring protection for all devices regardless of their network environments.

  • In a dual-stack environment, Endpoint proxies IPv6 DNS queries and forwards them to the Infoblox Platform over IPv4.

  • Note: Endpoint does not support IPv6-only environments.
