Viewing All Applications
The All Applicationstab, accessed through Monitor > Reports > Security > Application Discovery > All Applications, shows the historical records of all applications detected on your network rated as Approved or Unapproved. The page offers the option to sort and filter the applications by category and manufacturer, and it shows the following details:
- APPLICATION NAME: The name of the application
- STATUS: The application’s status: Approved, or Unapproved.
You can do the following on the All Applications page:
View Background Tasks
Click the hourglass icon to view all background tasks currently being undertaken.
Filtering
Click thr filter icon to apply filtering options. Filtering options include Name and Status.
Perform Search
Click the search icon .
Change Status
To change the status of an application from Approved to Unapproved or Unapproved to Approved, do the following:
- Select an application from among the list of ap[plications by placing a check in the box associated with it.
- Click Change Status followed by selecting either Approved or Unapproved from drop-down liat.
A pop-up will appear on the page, confirming the status change.
Sort Application Categories
In the Application Data table, click a header title to sort through the application records according to the column label.
Export Records
Click the export icon to export a CSV file that contains all Application Summary records.
