Enforcing Safe Search with DNS Category Filtration

Safe Search Enforcement provides effective protection against explicit content by filtering inappropriate domains. However, search engines may still allow access to restricted content through their search results. To enhance protection and support compliance or child safety requirements, search engines offer "safe" versions that filter out inappropriate results.

This policy feature enables automatic redirection to the "safe" versions of supported search engines across all devices. Currently, the following search engines are supported:

  • Google Search

  • Bing

  • YouTube

  • Yandex
