failover command
Use the failover
command to enable, disable, or configure failover settings on appliances.
The following is the command syntax:
failover [enable|disable|show|edit|status|role <primary|secondary>|resync]
The following table describes the subcommands of the failover
command.
Subcommand | Description |
---|---|
enable | Enables failover on the appliance. |
disable | Disables failover on the appliance. |
show | Displays the current failover configuration on the appliance. |
edit | Allows you to edit the failover settings on the appliance. |
status | Displays the current failover status of the appliance. |
role <primary|secondary> | Allows you to change the role of the appliance. |
| Syncs the appliances to verify their assigned roles are correct. |
