Setting HTTP Proxy

The Proxy Settings page displays the URL of the HTTP proxy for the server, if configured.

Use this page to specify the credentials, FQDN and port that the server uses to connect to a HTTP proxy. When a server is configured with a proxy, all HTTPS traffic, including that from pods and services, is routed through the proxy for DNS resolution. The server does not attempt DNS resolution. If the proxy URL contains a name or FQDN (such as http://proxy.local:8080), DNS resolution is performed by the server, and the server’s configured DNS resolver must resolve this proxy’s internal domain. Public domain resolution is not required by the DNS resolver in this scenario.

Click Next to go to the Docker Bridge Settings page. You can also click Cancel to cancel the configuration or click Finish to save it.
