Removing Servers

Note

If you want to remove a NIOS-X physical server (B1-105) from the network, you must first disconnect the server from the network before you delete the server entry from the Infoblox Portal. Removing a physical server (B1-105) that is currently connected to the Infoblox Platform will initiate a pre-provisioned server entry in the Infoblox Portal.  For more information, see Deploying the B1-105 Appliance.

To remove a server, complete the following:

  1. From the Infoblox Portal, click Configure > Servers. 
  2. Select the server you want to remove.
  3. Click ... next to the Server > Remove.
  4. A confirmation message is displayed. Click Remove to delete the respective server or click Cancel to cancel the operation.
Removing a server will delete all of its application configurations that cannot be restored.
