When adding new atcapi objects, names should be added in plain text. For a list of mandatory fields for external subnets and other objects specific to Infoblox Threat Defense, see external subnets. The exception to this is for the for the created_time, updated_time, and key fields. For the created_time, updated_time, and key fields, information should not be included in import files. For Custom Lists, names should be included in a plain text format along with custom_list/ prefix, for example, if the name to be added is Test, then custom_list/Test should be included in plain text. For Custom Redirects, encoding names in base64 format is not required.
