Viewing DNS Local Resolver Settings

The DNS LOCAL RESOLVER SETTINGS page displays the following information for a NIOS-X server:

  • IP Address: the IP address of the local DNS resolver

  • State: an indication of whether the resolver is Enabled or Disabled

When you add and use a new DNS resolver, the NIOS-X server will use it. If you add and enable more than three name servers at the same time, the default settings will not be retained.
