Deploying Dell Physical Servers

Infoblox supports the deployment of NIOS-X physical servers on the following hardware servers:

• Dell VEP-1425
• Dell VEP-1485

Infoblox does not support deployment of NIOS-X physical server on other hardware servers, even those that can be provisioned from the Infoblox Portal.

To deploy a NIOS-X physical server on a supported hardware server, complete the following steps:

• Downloading the ISO Image from the Infoblox Portal
• Creating a Bootable USB Flash Drive
• Adding a NIOS-X Server from the Infoblox Portal
• Installing the ISO Image
• Connecting to the Network
• Approving the NIOS-X Server in the Infoblox Portal
