You can use one of the following methods to deploy a NIOS-X server in Microsoft Azure to deliver Infoblox services, such as Universal DDI or Infoblox Threat Defense.

• Deploying NIOS-X Servers from the Azure Marketplace
• Deploying Hosts from the Infoblox Portal

Prerequisite

Before you deploy NIOS-X servers in Azure, ensure that you have completed the following:

• Set up a Microsoft Azure account and creating a resource manager in Azure. For information, refer to the Microsoft Azure documentation.

Known Limitations

• Network interface configuration is not supported through the Infoblox Portal.
