Monitoring Remote Access VPN User Sessions

You can view details about the users who have logged in using remote access VPN. You can view details such as the edge instance that they are connected to and their source IP address. 

To view details of the remote access VPN users:

1. In the Cloud Services Portal, click Manage > Service Edge > Monitor > RAVPN User Sessions.
2. On the RAVPN User Sessions page, review the following:
   
   • TIMESTAMP: The time stamp at which the remote access VPN user got connected to the edge instance.

   • EDGE: The name of the edge instance that the user is connected to.

   • SOURCE IP: The source IP address of the remote access VPN user.
   • USER NAME: User name of the remote access VPN user.
   • REASON: Displays whether the remote access VPN user's system is connected or disconnected with the edge instance.
3. You can click the Show drop-down list and select the time period for which you want to view the logs. For example, if you select 24 hours, you can view the details of all the remote access VPN users who were logged in 24 hours back.
